Guarantee

Despite our strict material controls before production and during the packing of your order, it is possible that jewelry arrives defective or becomes defective after wearing. Below you will find an overview of our guarantee.

1. Plating
We give a 1-year warranty on the plating of our stainless steel collections. We do not give a warranty on our collections of Candy Sweet and our brass and silver collections. These natural materials are more vulnerable and therefore more sensitive to discoloration and/or wear. We advise you to keep this jewelry away from liquids. Discoloration occurs when jewelry comes into contact with creams, perfumes, water and with an increased acidity in the skin.

2. Damage or broken parts
If you receive something broken or damaged, we ask you to report your defects to us within 3 days after the delivery date (receipt of the package). Always do this within this period to qualify for a suitable solution. Outside this warranty period, we unfortunately cannot do anything for you. In case of defects, send an email to info@jfblossom.com with the article number (SKU number), the original order number & date and a photo of the broken/damaged article. After assessing the article, we will look for a suitable solution. This can be:

• Repair of the jewelry

• Exchanging the item – if available
