How do I create an account on your site? How can I register?

You can register (register) via our website with your company details and Chamber of Commerce number. These must be fashion related . After a verification process, you will receive notification about access to our webshop. Please note, it may take 24 to 48 hours before your account is approved !

How do I become a reseller of one of your brands?

After your account has been approved and you have logged in, you can shop for products online. Of course you are always welcome in our showroom. It is important to take the extract from the Chamber of Commerce with you for registration on site. We are open during the week from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

How quickly will my order be shipped?

As soon as we have received your order and it has been paid, we will start collecting the order. We aim to send these within 1-3 working days.

Can I exchange and/or return?

It is not possible to exchange and/or return products. We are a wholesaler, not a store with an active returns policy.

How do you deal with complaints and/or defects?

You can report complaints and/or defects to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will then offer a suitable solution. After 48 hours we waive liability. So check your order carefully upon arrival, check it together with your invoice and let us know immediately if something is incorrect. If there is a defect that can be repaired (think of a replacement clasp, for example), you can bring the jewelry to our showroom. After assessment, we can repair it for you.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

We do not apply a minimum order quantity, you can determine the size yourself. We do use a threshold amount of 100 euros excluding VAT per order. This threshold also applies to reorders.

I have a store abroad, can I also order from you?

That is certainly possible, we only ship within Europe. It is important that you provide all correct information when registering for correct delivery of the order. The shipping costs are borne by the customer.

What margin do you use?

For a jewelry store that only sells jewelry, we use a margin of 2.7. For a women's fashion store with jewelry as additional sales, we use a margin of 2.5.

How often do you receive new collections?

On average, we receive new products 4 to 6 times a year.
